This privacy policy explains how Meezab Future Consulting Pvt Ltd (“Meezab”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit meezabfuture.com, our event pages such as expo.meezabfuture.com, or contact us. By using our websites you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in a form, register for an event, book a consultation or message us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, mobile or WhatsApp number, email address, city, preferred study destination, qualification, intended start date, interest in an English test, and any other information you choose to share. If you become a client, we also collect the documents and information needed for your admission and visa applications.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our websites, we and our partners collect technical information through cookies and similar technologies, including your device and browser type, approximate location (based on your IP address), the pages you view, how you interact with them, how you arrived on our site (for example, the ad or search keyword you clicked), and the date and time of your visit.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry, confirm event registrations and contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email about the services you asked about.
- To provide counselling, admission and visa guidance, and to prepare applications on your behalf when you instruct us to.
- To understand how our websites are used and to improve them.
- To measure the performance of our advertising and to show you relevant Meezab ads on other websites and apps (see “Cookies, analytics and advertising” below).
- To keep our websites secure and to meet our legal obligations.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use the following third-party tools. Each may set cookies or use similar identifiers on your device:
- Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use our websites. We have enabled Google signals and advertising features, which allow Google to associate visit data with information from Google accounts of signed-in users who have turned on ads personalization, so that we can see aggregated demographic and interest reports and build audiences.
- Google Ads, for conversion tracking (to know when a visit from an ad leads to a registration) and remarketing (to show Meezab ads to people who have visited our websites, on Google Search, YouTube and partner websites).
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), to measure our ads and show Meezab ads to people who have visited our websites.
- Microsoft Clarity, on some pages, to understand how visitors use the page through heatmaps and session recordings. Form fields are masked, so what you type is not recorded.
These providers process data under their own privacy policies: Google, Meta and Microsoft. Information about how Google uses data from sites that use its services is available at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Your choices. You can control personalized advertising through Google Ad Settings and your Meta ad preferences, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of our websites work.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers who help us run our business, such as our website hosting and email provider, messaging services used to deliver enquiries to our team on WhatsApp, and the analytics and advertising providers listed above;
- with universities, colleges, test centres, embassies and visa authorities, when you ask us to apply or book on your behalf;
- when required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
Some of these providers are located outside Pakistan, so your information may be processed in other countries.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and registration details for as long as needed to follow up and provide our services, and normally no longer than three years after our last contact with you, unless you become a client and a longer period is needed for your application records or by law. Analytics and advertising data is kept according to the retention settings of the providers above.
Students under 18
Many of our students are school or college students. If you are under 18, please involve a parent or guardian before submitting your details. Parents or guardians can contact us to review or remove information their child has provided.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@meezabfuture.com or messaging us on +92 304 0011005. You can also reply “STOP” to any WhatsApp or SMS message from us.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on our websites and storing registration data outside the public website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
